Return before payment
If you decide to refuse the order before the actual delivery, you can cancel the order by contacting us at the contacts indicated at the end of this return policy.
Return after payment
Return of food items:
You can return the product to us only if it arrived to you in an inadequate quality within 14 days from the date of transfer of the product.
Return of goods that were sent through a transport company in Kazakhstan is carried out by sending the goods by mail or through a transport company from the recipient to the seller (COFFEELOVER online store). Shipping charges for returned goods are paid by the seller.
Return of purchased goods in cities where there is a sales department of the seller is carried out to the addresses of sales departments:

Refunds when paying for the order in cash will be returned to the buyer immediately.
Refunds when paying for the order online will be returned to the buyer within 3-5 working days to the account from which the payment was made.
According to paragraphs 1-1 and 2 of Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, food products are subject to return or exchange in the event of the sale of expired goods or the consumer detects deficiencies.
A disadvantage is a violation of the mandatory requirements for the product. For example:
- unusable product – characteristics that make the product unfit for consumption;
- manufacturing defects;
- a product that does not completely match the name and description on the site;
- expired goods;
- goods delivered with broken, damaged packaging.
During delivery, you can check the quality of the products immediately by the courier. If the goods are unusable, when paying in cash, the courier will recalculate on the spot. In the case of online payment, you can return the goods to the courier on the spot, but the calculation will be made within 3-5 working days.
If you notice problems with the goods after the courier has left, please send us a photo of the unusable product and a photo of the problem you discovered (if possible) within 24 hours after delivery. The photo can be sent to us by mail email@example.com. The return of goods necessarily also provides for the return of documents confirming the fact of delivery: a fiscal receipt and an invoice. Refunds when paying for the order in cash will be returned to the buyer immediately.
If everything is in order with the packaging, terms and presentation, then the food product of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged. Characteristics such as the taste of the goods, depending on the personal opinion and taste of the buyer, are not subject to the rules of return and exchange. However, you can always share with us your impressions of the product, because the proper quality of our product depends only on us and it is in our own interest to make sure that the end consumer is satisfied with the purchase and returns to us again.
Return of non-food items:
The buyer can return a non-food product of good quality within 14 days from the date of transfer of the goods if the specified product did not fit:
The return of a non-food product of good quality is made only if the specified product:
- was not in use;
- kept its presentation;
- retained consumer properties;
- kept the factory labels;
- has a fiscal receipt and invoice;
